Manufacturing Engineer

We're looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll partner closely with production, quality, and engineering to improve operational performance, eliminate waste, and support the successful launch and production of new products. What You'll Do
Support the operational performance of your assigned manufacturing area with a focus on quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.
Investigate production and quality issues by performing root cause analysis and implementing effective corrective actions.
Serve as the primary engineering contact for customer quality concerns, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Partner with production teams to troubleshoot manufacturing issues and improve First Pass Yield, productivity, and overall manufacturing performance.
Identify process bottlenecks and implement Lean Manufacturing principles to improve workflow, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure materials meet engineering and quality requirements.
Lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing manufacturing processes for new product introductions (NPI).
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline preferred (equivalent experience will also be considered)
1–4 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience (internships and co-op experience are welcomed)
Experience supporting production in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and root cause analysis
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with production, quality, suppliers, and engineering teams
Preferred Qualification
Experience supporting manufacturing automation or automated production equipment.
Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience.
Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI).
Manufacturing process development and documentation.
Continuous improvement mindset with a hands‑on approach to problem solving.
