We offer a starting pay range of $22.00 - $26.00 per hour, based on performance metrics-not tenure. Hours: 40-52 hours/week, with the ability to reach 55+ hours once you're a top performer. Probation Period and $600 Sign-On Bonus Opportunity New drivers will go through a probation and coaching period, the length of which depends on your experience. During this time, you will receive guidance and support to develop your skills, learn best practices, and become a top performer. Upon successful completion of probation, drivers can earn a $600 sign-on bonus.
