Fulfillment Center SupervisorAs the Fulfillment Center Supervisor (Internally known as Captain, OEM Parts Wranglers) you will be an expert in coaching team members as well as team building. In addition, you will supervise a team of Fulfillment Center Specialist, drive safety initiatives, work to maximize productivity and quality within your team, and assure that all of our customer orders are fulfilled each day. You will be responsible for ensuring the Fulfillment Center is well organized, clean and efficient to support daily operations. A Typical Day Be involved in supporting our team members in the Fulfillment center including job shadowing, attendance tracking, performance documentation and new associate hiring and training Control and direct the flow of work in your assigned area Maintain operational balance and flow through communication, associate movement, and task sharingbeing a team player! Display innovation by seeking process improvement opportunities to drive efficiencies Plan and execute the daily 5S housekeeping to assure cleanliness and organization of the work areas Ensure that schedules remain updated, and that timecard edits and approvals are completed in a timely manner To Land This Opportunity You are passionate about leading and developing a team to perform at the highest potential You possess the ability to move around for long periods of time and consistently lift up to 40lbs unassisted You love individual projects, but you can also thrive working with large groups of other team members You are vehicle certified or willing to become certified to operate warehouse vehicles on a daily basis You can work 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM Monday through Friday and are able to work Saturdays when needed You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you will transport parts via carts and/or forklifts and frequently retrieve parts from top and bottom shelves, utilizing ladders or reach trucks as needed You're an all-star communicator and are proficient in English (both written and verbal) If you have previous distribution center leadership experience it's a plus, but not required About Your Future Team At Parts Town, we value transparency and are committed to ensuring our team members feel appreciated and supported. The salary range for this role is $62,320.50 $76,169.50 annually which is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit-sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role.
