Product Engineer, Developer Platform
Overview:
In this role you lead the DSX OS readiness platform, evolving it from an internal utility into a scalable, production-grade system that underpins open-source readiness across the portfolio. You'll collaborate with DSX OS teams to ensure reliability, data quality, and transparent leadership reporting. You'll automate scoring, onboarding, and workshop feedback to scale contributions and reduce manual toil. Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the readiness platform as production infrastructure
- Automate scoring and reduce manual review loops
- Enable self-serve integration and real-time project feedback
- Maintain measurement quality, reliability, and data integrity
- Automate readiness reporting and leadership transparency
- Engage with project teams to capture friction signals and feed back into product
Key requirements:
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- Experience leading a software product or internal platform end-to-end
- Strong software engineering skills with focus on automation
- Hands-on experience with agentic coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor)
- Experience running a production system with on-call or incident response
- Experience building dashboards/reports for non-engineering audiences
