Our client, a real estate organization, is seeking a Temp-to-Perm Benefits Coordinator to join their team for an initial 6-month contract, with the potential for conversion. This is a high-impact opportunity to support a fast-paced, people-focused HR function within a dynamic corporate environment. The ideal candidate is a polished, proactive HR professional with strong communication skills, a strong sense of ownership, and a genuine interest in expanding their expertise within a broader HR scope while specializing in benefits support under the direction of the Benefits Director. If this sounds like you, please apply to learn more!Bachelor's degree, preferred.2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Coordinator role, with exposure to benefits administration, required.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees and senior stakeholders.Proven ability to manage a shared HR inbox, respond to employee inquiries, and ensure timely follow-up with accuracy and professionalism.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, service-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.The rate for this role is $35-$40/hour.
