We're looking for a Licensed P&C Account Manager to join our growing Branson office and help us continue raising the bar in service and results.Position OverviewAs an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for servicing our existing book of customers while driving revenue through cross-line sales, winbacks, and inbound calls (including leads generated by our telemarketing team). This is a great opportunity for a licensed insurance professional to grow their career with a supportive team and a proven agency.ResponsibilitiesService existing customer accounts with professionalism and efficiency.Identify opportunities for cross-line sales and client retention.Manage inbound customer inquiries and follow up on leads provided.Support winback efforts with previous customers.Deliver an exceptional client experience while meeting performance goals.QualificationsActive Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.1–2 years of insurance industry experience preferred.Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.Must be able to work full-time, Monday–Friday, in-office at our Branson Location.
