We are currently seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to support our interdisciplinary team in delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a dynamic rehabilitation environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide medical care under the supervision of a physician, including assessments, treatment planning, progress evaluations, and documentationConduct daily rounds and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and therapists to ensure coordinated and patient-centered careParticipate in team conferences and contribute to discharge planningRespond to medical emergencies and acute changes in patient conditionProvide patient and family education related to the rehabilitation process, medication management, and follow-up care Qualifications: Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant programCurrent and valid PA license in the State of MontanaCertification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)Prior experience in acute or post-acute care preferred; rehabilitation experience is a plusStrong communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills
