Seeking a Business Systems Analyst with experience supporting Legal Compliance and Enterprise business functions specializing in Legal application ecosystems including iManage Zycus Ironclad CLM and integrated Salesforce platforms Proven ability to translate complex legal and regulatory requirements into scalable compliant technology solutions partnering closely with Legal Procurement Compliance Sales and IT teams Strong background in end to end process orchestration system integrations data governance and audit ready controls Success in this role requires the ability to operate across business data and automation layers bringing clarity speed and measurable outcomes to complex legal workflowsRequired Skills3-5+ years proven experience across the full Contract Lifecycle Management CLM process including contract intake and authoring legal review and approvals execution and downstream obligation tracking5 years of Business Systems Analyst experience supporting large scale enterprise applications in a global environmentStrong experience supporting enterprise Legal application platforms including iManage for document management CLM solutions like Ironclad Zycus Conga across contract workflows Salesforce CRMProven ability to use rapid prototyping or AIassisted development techniques eg Vibe Coding low codeno code or similar approaches to accelerate solution validation and deliveryExperience working in Agile and iterative delivery environments including backlog refinement sprint planning incremental releases and rapid feedback loopsStrong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to a variety of audiencesComfortable collaborating with business stakeholders to navigate ambiguity align priorities and drive outcomes in fast moving environmentsBachelors or Masters degree in Systems Engineering Computer Science Management Information Systems MIS Software Engineering or a related field
