Role Description The Co Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Minneapolis, MN. The role involves partnering closely with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, leading a team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include mentoring team members, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring operational excellence. The Co Manager will also collaborate on training and employee development, handle administrative tasks, and contribute to a supportive and inspiring work environment.
