This position reports to the Executive Director of Special Services and provides assessment, therapy, consultation, and multidisciplinary collaboration within a supportive Special Services department.The district serves a diverse student population and is committed to inclusive, student-centered programming.Compensation$80-$90 per hour (DOE)Full-time, school-year contractCompetitive weekly payISO Benefits• Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance• 401(k) with company match• Weekly direct deposit• Dedicated recruiter support• Credentialing and onboarding assistance• Continuing education support• Flexible contract optionsKey Responsibilities• Provide comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of speech, voice, hearing, and language impairments• Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to meet student needs• Conduct evaluations, interpret results, and support eligibility determination• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team processes• Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and related service providers• Support MTSS and SEL frameworks• Maintain compliance documentation (IEPs, assessment reports, progress monitoring, Medical Recovery documentation)• Assist with Child Find activities• Provide consultation and training related to communication and behavior supports• Stay current on federal and state special education regulationsRequired Qualifications• Valid Washington ESA Certificate with SLP/Audiologist endorsement• Active CCC-SLP• Knowledge of verbal and non-verbal communication methods• Experience with assessment, data collection, and interpretation• Working knowledge of MTSS and SEL best practices• Ability to collaborate effectively in team-based educational settingsPreferred Qualifications• Prior school-based SLP experience• Spanish-speaking ability• Experience working with culturally diverse student populationsIf you are interested in supporting students across K-12 settings within a collaborative public school district, we would love to connect.
