Plant Manager

This role involves overseeing production, maintenance, staffing, and safety to create scalable production systems and optimize asset utilization.Lead Facility Operations: Manage daily production to meet delivery, quality, and safety standards.Drive Cost Efficiency: Monitor performance metrics to reduce operating costs and ensure budget adherence.Talent Leadership: Develop staffing strategies to build a strong and engaged workforce.Process Optimization: Implement initiatives for efficiency, material utilization, and waste reduction.Safety & Compliance Oversight: Promote a zero-incident culture and ensure regulatory compliance.Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with various teams to align plant functions.Budgeting & Forecasting: Manage budgets, forecasts, and capacity plans.Asset and Infrastructure Management: Ensure maintenance of systems and machinery to prevent downtime.Customer & Supplier Interface: Act as a liaison for client visits and supplier relationships.Strategic Reporting: Provide insights and reports on KPIs, cost trends, and compliance status. Your Background and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, with expertise in production, maintenance, and finance.Proven success managing large teams in fast-paced environments.Strong understanding of financial metrics and operational KPIs.Experience in plant commissioning or start-up environments is a plus.Knowledge of ERP systems, inventory control, and lean manufacturing.
