Senior Epic Analyst

Senior Epic Analyst is a full-time position responsible for leading complex projects, providing advanced technical support, and mentoring junior analysts in Epic systems. Key Responsibilities Provide end-user support, analyze system problems, and troubleshoot issues with vendors Design, implement, and support applications while ensuring ongoing optimization and performance Conduct system testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure compliance and optimal system performance Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required Minimum of three (3) years of related experience is required Combination of post-high school education, job-related certification, and/or related experience equivalent to seven (7) years may be considered MyChart certification is required; EpicCare Ambulatory certification is optional
