Meeting Event Housing Specialist
A company is looking for a Meeting Event Housing Specialist to manage all aspects of event housing and client relations.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a liaison between clients, Housing/Customer Service staff, and hotels
Consult with clients to create tailored business rules and best practices for events
Manage hotel contract terms, room assignments, and inventory to optimize performanceRequired Qualifications2+ years of experience in Association and/or Corporate housing, customer service, or registration environments
Understanding of hotel contracts, room blocks, and concessions
Ability to lead within a team and demonstrate commitment to client service
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple demands
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new technology quickly
