Adjunct Faculty - School of Nursing - Exam Proctor

The School of Nursing (Boston Campus) seeks an adjunct faculty member to be an exam proctor.Monitor students while taking exams each period to maintain exam security and avoid any type of cheatingEnsures students have the necessary materials for each exam (laptop, passcodes for exams, paper and writing utensils)Enforces time limits and other examination proceduresNotifies appropriate personnel when exam equipment malfunctions.Reports rule violations and/or unusual occurrences during examinationsRecords attendance and exam completion of exam takers.Required:BSN degree requiredBasic computer skills (proficient in use of email and Microsoft Office)Ability to give written and oral instructions and to communicate well and professionallyAbility to exercise sound judgement and to exercise discretion in handling confidential informationMaintain working knowledge of School of Nursing testing policies and proceduresExcellent time managementStrong decision-making abilitiesExcellent attention to detail and ability to focus on one task for extended amount of timePrevious experience and knowledge of ExamSoft and HESI software is helfulAbility to stand or sit for extended period of time.ApplyPlease attach a cover letter and a curriculum vitae/resume.
