And we have no plans of slowing down. *HR Supervisor/Manager* Montebello, CA Working hours Mon‑Fri 9:00‑6:00PM Travels: Occasionally domestic travel required *Job Duties* 1. Lead design, iteration and full‑scale implementation of corporate compensation policies; conduct company‑wide job grade/rank evaluation and salary structure optimization. 2. End‑to‑end ownership of OKR & KPI module, including mechanism design, process roll‑out, data consolidation and performance‑compensation linkage. 3. Oversee payroll, bonus and benefit administration across organization, ensure accuracy, timeliness and local labor regulation compliance. 4. Drive annual merit review, market compensation benchmarking survey, provide data‑driven suggestions for C&B strategy adjustment. 5. Generate periodic C&B & performance analytics reports for leadership; coach junior C&B team members. *Requirements* - Min. Diploma requirement: Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Human Resources Management or related disciplines - Experience requirement: 5‑7 years corporate C&B working experience, solid hands‑on experience in job grade evaluation, salary‑structure redesign, OKR/KPI performance system building; multinational company experience preferred - Language requirement: Proficient in both written and spoken English for cross‑team communication *Equal Employment Opportunity* Pay: From $70,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
