Role Description The Medical Assistance and Practice Management role is a contract position in a hybrid work environment, primarily based in Spring, TX with some flexibility for remote work. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, assisting with patient scheduling, maintaining medical records, and providing high-quality support to physicians and staff. The role also involves coordinating practice operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and supporting patient care processes. Qualifications Experience in administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and office managementUnderstanding of medical terminology and healthcare operationsStrong communication, organizational, and multitasking skillsProficiency in using practice management software and basic computer applicationsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information securelyExperience in a medical or surgical practice is preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications, such as Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), are a plusneed to have Epic EHR EXPERIENCE.
