Business Litigation Associate - Las Vegas

Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks an Associate to join the Business Litigation Practice Group in the Las Vegas or Reno office. The Firm has a robust litigation practice that handles matters across the country including some of the most significant matters in Nevada. Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of knowledge and experience in a range of general commercial litigation matters and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced litigation practice. Candidate must have an excellent understanding of civil procedure, experience in commercial litigation case management, including taking and defending depositions and managing expert witnesses, and court experience. Appellate experience is a plus. Must be admitted to the Nevada bar or eligible for admission. Arizona, California and/or Colorado bar would be a plus. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and outstanding written and oral communication skills. Prior clerkship experience is preferred. Compensation: $215,000 - $325,000 a year is the estimated salary range for this role in Las Vegas/Reno.
