Anticipated PreK Teacher - Kate Furbish Elementary School

Kate Furbish Elementary School is a large, nature-based and nurturing learning community- serving students from PreK through Grade 2 in Brunswick, Maine. We are committed to fostering curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning in every child. Our staff is passionate about early childhood development and dedicated to creating an inclusive and joyful classroom experience. We proudly implement the Maine Department of Education’s For ME program in all of our classrooms, which provide rich, developmentally appropriate learning experiences designed to support whole-child growth. Intentional play is an integral part of our day.Kate Furbish Elementary School is searching for a creative and energetic teacher to lead one of our PreK classrooms. This teacher will join a team of four general education and two special education PreK classrooms here at KFS. We also will have six Prek community partners on the team.
