Our team values innovation, precision, and a steadfast commitment to customer satisfaction.Position OverviewWe are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Associate to join our team in our refrigerated warehouse in Cohoes, NY. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the accuracy of our inventory and ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of our facility.Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management: Receive, unpack, label, and organize materials and stock. Conduct regular and full-cycle physical counts to ensure inventory accuracy.Shipping & Receiving: Safely unload incoming shipments and load outgoing shipments. Verify all shipments against corresponding paperwork (e.g., sales orders, purchase orders) to guarantee accuracy.Order Fulfillment: Stage and palletize customer orders and raw materials daily.Record Keeping: Maintain highly accurate shipping and receiving logs in a neat, organized manner.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless flow of orders and materials throughout the plant.Qualifications & RequirementsEquipment Operation: Proven ability to safely operate a forklift and pallet jack.Physical Requirements: Must be able to consistently lift and move an average of 25 lbs, and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
