Associate Engineer, P.E. - Land Development Location: Inland Empire, CA Salary: $83,200 - $133,200 along with a lucrative bonus program, 9/80 schedule, hybrid work schedule (one day a week in the office in most cases), and culture of training and development ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning and design of commercial, industrial and /or residential projectsPerforms design, drafting, computing, checking, and direction for field operations involved in the gathering and compilation of field dataReviews improvement plans including street, grading, water, sewer, and storm drain plansPreparation and design of engineering plans and documents (grading, drainage, street, sewer, water, etc.)Prepare cost and quantity estimatesTabulate and summarize statistical data and prepare reportsPreparation and review of drainage reports, calculations, and storm water quality management plans RequirementsFundamentals of civil engineering, mathematics and physics as applied to engineering, topography and construction surveying and analytical mechanicsExcellent technical and communication skillsBachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited universityPE licenseProficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D softwareWorking knowledge of public agency standards and guidelines
