RecruiterLocation: Mid City, Los Angeles, Hybrid (Up to 3 Days Onsite) Pay: Up to $26/hourType: Temp-to-Hire Overview: We are partnering with a nonprofit organization in Los Angeles to find a motivated, full-cycle Recruiter to join their talent acquisition team. This is a high-volume role where you will manage a steady pipeline of requisitions across the non-profit world. Main focuses will include conducting quality prescreens, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and keeping candidates moving efficiently through the process. Key ResponsibilitiesManage 10 to 15 open requisitions at a time across a variety of behavioral health and social services rolesConduct thorough phone screens and present qualified candidates to hiring managersBuild and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholdersCollaborate with the sourcing team to keep the candidate pipeline active and engagedCommunicate consistently with candidates and internal partners throughout the hiring processAdapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-moving environmentIdeal CandidateCollaborative team player who is comfortable with ambiguity and pivoting on the flyStrong communicator who can confidently partner with and present to hiring managers and senior leadersEager, hardworking, and willing to roll up their sleevesGenuinely mission-driven and passionate about work that makes a differenceRequirements2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentIn-house recruiting background strongly preferredExperience managing multiple requisitions simultaneouslyFamiliarity with an ATS systemNo degree required, relevant experience will be considered
