Sales and Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a service-oriented and self-motivated Sales and Customer Service Professional to join our team. You will be at the forefront of our growth, forging meaningful connections with businesses across various industries. This role offers a dynamic blend of sales and customer service. RESPONSIBILITIES: Identify and pursue business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Investigate and expedite the resolution of customer problems to maximize satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments, including production, R & D, and logistics teams, to ensure seamless communication and coordination in delivering exceptional service.
