Weekend hours required every other week or as needed./n/nJob Description/nWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, focusing on surgical procedures across various specialties./n/nResponsibilities/n/n- Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room./n- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes./n- Monitor patient vitals and responses during surgical procedures./n- Assist in the preparation, sterilization, and organization of surgical instruments./n- Participate in call responsibilities as needed./n- Maintain accurate patient records in the Electronic Health Record system (EPIC)./n/n/nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure/n/n- Current RN license in Pennsylvania./n- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required./n- At least 3 years of nursing experience, preferably in an Operating Room setting./n- Charge nurse or leadership experience is a plus./n- Experience with Level 1 Trauma and robotic surgeries preferred./n/n/nWhy ARMStaffing?/nAt ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
