Financial Analyst
Make an impactAs a Financial Analyst on our Finance team, you will be a key member of the Bridge Logistics Properties Team, responsible for ensuring BLP deliverables (financial reporting, loan compliance, investor reporting) are timely, complete, and accurate. You will also assist in the preparation and review of internal and external deliverables to BLP senior management, lenders, key JV and SMA partners, as well as to investors in our flagship funds.Review loan documents for compliance items, typically documents required to be delivered by the borrower or guarantor to the lender, and monitor post-closing and ongoing loan requirementsAssist in the loan compliance process, working with the VP Financial Reporting and Regional Asset Managers to prepare monthly and quarterly financials and analysis for lendersDevelop and prepare various analytical reports to support deal pipeline reporting and ad hoc analyses related to business strategyServe as a liaison across company functions between the Property Accounting, Corporate Accounting, and FP&A team for the verticalCreate and maintain process documentation related to property-level and corporate payables, loan administration, and asset management to streamline processesDevelop and maintain reporting dashboardsAssist Fund Reporting team with quarterly and annual investor reporting for our flagship fundsFacilitate processing of BLP payables with Corporate Accounts Payable teamWhat You Should Bring2+ years post-undergraduate experience, preferably in a financially related role4-year bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Real EstateStrong time management skillsWork independently and in a team in deadline driven environmentExcellent organizational skills with ability to multi-taskStrong attention to detail and accuracyProficiency with Microsoft OfficeFamiliarity with commercial real estate loan documents and borrower compliance a plusReal estate experience a plusYardi and Yardi Construction Manager and Yardi Debt Manager module experience a plusWhat You Can Be Part OfIn this role, you will be part of a highly collaborative finance function supporting Bridge Logistics Properties, gaining exposure to end-to-end financial operations within a leading real estate investment platform.
