Job TitleRole will be onsite 2 days a week in DCExperience with construction or wireless or cableRequirements:At least 7 years of relevant experience in business analysisDemonstrable knowledge of how Technology Design and Deployment lifecycle aligns and integrates with the Architectural and Engineering Construction lifecycles.Experience in requirements elicitation for engineering design and deployment of technology infrastructure specifically building renovations, restacks, relocations, cabling, network, and systemsMust have strong quantitative skills and experience taking raw data and drawing actionable insights from itDemonstrated experience in using PC-based word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Power BI) sufficient to prepare effective business analyses and presentations.Professional demeanor with strong project management, problem solving, communication, and presentation skillsSuperb communication and stakeholder management skills with focus on collaboration, team building, and customer service.Effectiveness working diplomatically across teams with varying objectives.Demonstrable knowledge of the PMBOK; PMP Certification is preferredAbility to multi-task and to work under pressureBased in Washington, DC/Baltimore metropolitan areas with some travel on occasion.J-18808-Ljbffr
