Apply via Dice today!Must have : SCADA /MICSRequired Skills & ExperienceDay-to-Day Job DutiesProvide L2 support for MICS SCADA incidents, service requests, and operational issuesAct as SPOC for Incident, Change, and Problem Management processesPerform root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolutionLead coordination across business users, global IT teams, rollout teams, and development teamsSupport SCADA rollout, configuration, validation, debugging, and stabilization activitiesGather, analyze, and document requirements for enhancements and change requestsParticipate in and support test management, including defect tracking and validationDrive execution of small orders and work packages within larger initiativesMaintain documentation for risks, defects, and continuous improvement opportunitiesTrack and report license usage and system lifecycle information where applicableProvide on-demand support (including occasional weekends) as requiredBasic QualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in SCADA systems (MICS preferred)Minimum 3 Years Of Experience With MS SQL DatabasesMinimum 3 Years of experience in SCADA rollout and configurationMinimum 5 Years of experience in Incident, Change, and Problem Management (ITIL-aligned)Minimum 7 Years of experience in L1/L2 production support environments
