This role offers the opportunity to work on mission-critical trading platforms used for pricing, electronic trading, trade capture, and regulatory reporting in a fast-paced capital markets environment.You’ll collaborate closely with traders, product owners, business analysts, and global technology teams to enhance and support a sophisticated in-house trading platform handling a wide range of financial products including bonds, repos, loans, CLOs, and interest rate derivatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior developer who enjoys hands-on engineering, solving complex business problems, and working directly with front office stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and enhance enterprise trading applications using C#Partner with business users, product owners, and technical teams to deliver new front office functionalityParticipate in the full software development lifecycle including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and supportContribute to Agile ceremonies and collaborate within a fast-moving development environmentSupport and maintain existing applications while implementing system improvements and enhancementsCreate and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and application specificationsTroubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution in a high-availability trading environmentWork closely with global teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions across international trading operationsRequirements10+ years of hands-on software development experienceStrong expertise in C#/.NET developmentExperience working in front office or capital markets environmentsUnderstanding of fixed income products, interest rate derivatives, and trading/risk workflowsExperience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or KanbanFamiliarity with tools such as JIRA or similar project management platformsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technology teamsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
