EHS Compliance & Regulatory Reporting Specialist

Title: Facilities/EHS LeadLocation: Billerica MADuration: 12 months plus extensionsCandidates must have hands-on, direct ownership of regulatory compliance reporting, including:Preparing and filing OSHA logs (e.g., 300, 300A, 301 forms)Handling state and local EHS regulatory submissionsManaging inspection documentation and citationsResponding directly to regulatory agencies (OSHA/state inspectors)Keeping the site audit-ready at all times2-5 years experience in both facility management and health and safety roles in a manufacturing site. Strong understanding of OSHA, environmental regulations, and building codes. Proficiency in MS Office and safety management software, excellent communication, and strong leadership abilities. Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to details.Strong communication skills, strong attention to detail, time management, teamwork, problem solving, self-motivatedSAP and Ariba experience is a plusAssociates Degree or higherManufacturing HSE & Facilities experience required
