This tech will cover the whole and neighboring Cities. If you have field tech experience you will go to the top of the list. Responsibilities: - Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical issues in the field(Commercial Businesses) - Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on networking systems - Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently - Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times Skills: - Strong knowledge of network systems and equipment - Proficiency in analyzing and diagnosing problems - Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction - Experience as a field service/telecommunications technician is preferred but training is available The overall role requires a high level of technical expertise and the ability to provide exceptional customer service while working in the field.
