Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Must be proficient in at least three clinical areasResponsible for performing tests such as Parasitology, Hematology, Chemistry and SerologyProcess and prepare samplesPerform all required quality control per Quality Assurance guidelinesTrain in all areas to include Specimen Processing, Chemistry, Hematology, UA, and Coagulant according to all SOP'sOversee the entering and releasing of resultsRead UA slides at the required rateReconcile pending listPerform other duties as assignedWe share a collaborative obligation to ensure that we conduct ourselves in the utmost ethical manner and that we hold each other accountable to the values and standards of the organization.
