Duties andResponsibiltiesAssemblers will perform repetitive tasks daily using mechanical hand tools such as a dremalAssemblers will work with small sized parts in a non-clean room environment conducting Quality related inspections on critical medical devicesAssemblers work on a microscope for 8+ hours dailyAssemblers must have strong attention to detailHigh mechanical dexterity and aptitudeWork well with or without supervisionFollow all Quality Documentation Practices and Quality Manufacturing ProceduresRequirementsMust have the ability to work with microscopes daily for 8+ hours per day1+ years experience working with small parts assembly experience in a clean room or non-clean room environment6-12 months building under a microscope experience is preferredGood verbal and written communication skillsHigh School diploma or equivalentMust pass a criminal background check and all required assessmentsBenefits: Health care insurance benefits available first of the month following 60 days of employment. Thirty (30) hours worked per week must be averaged in order to maintain coverage. 401k enrollment is available per the Secure Act guidelines. Earned Sick and Safe time is accrued and can be used per the State of MN guidelines.
