Lead Java Developer

Location: Jersey City, NJ 07302 (onsite)Strong Java (Backend technology) development expertise: Deep understanding of core Java (Backend technology) concepts, design patterns, and frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.)Collaborating with product management and team to translate requirements into technical specifications. Working with a technical team to understand.the reverse engineering documentation/code to translate it into a new tech stack.Code Reviews and define quality checks.Mentorship and coaching to development team members.Software architecture skills: Ability to design scalable and maintainable system architecturesLeadership and communication skills: Effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
