Human Resource Business Partner
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support day?to?day HR operations for a growing International manufacturer who can drive a positive, high?performance workplace. This role manages staffing, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, safety documentation, and engagement initiatives while partnering closely with site leadership.Location: Mishawaka, INSalary: $90-$95KQualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. 3–5 years of generalist or HRBP experience (manufacturing environment). Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Excellent communication, professionalism, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and confidence. Proficient in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience preferred. High energy, strong initiative, and ability to manage multiple priorities. ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and new-hire training (policies, GMPs, Safety/OSHA). Support employee relations, coaching, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with all regulations. Oversee performance management processes and employee communication.
