Remodeling Project Manager A Project Manager at Amiano & Son Design Build oversees all aspects of residential remodeling projects from start to finish. They coordinate with clients, designers, and trades to ensure plans are executed smoothly, on time, and within budget. They manage schedules, orders, and on-site work to maintain high quality standards and clear communication. Ultimately, they make sure each remodel delivers the exceptional experience and results our clients expect. Requirements: Knowledge in construction management 5-10 years of experience in the construction industry A valid NJ drivers license Ability to work Full-time Monday-Friday Exceptional scheduling skills, organizational skills, communication skills, both written and verbal. The Position Project Managers have 5-10+ years of experience and are the face of Amiano & Son on one or more projects at a time. They are the go-to for all aspects of running a successful job, with client weekly meetings, trade partner visits, and keeping the job on time. We’re looking for creative problem solvers and detail-oriented applicants. Some experience in any trade is preferred: carpentry, masonry, electrical, plumbing/HVAC, etc. The Benefits Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 a year (depending on experience) Benefit Package that includes: Health Care Dental Vision Paid Holidays Paid Vacation Simple IRA with 2% employer match at the end of the year Two Locations: Amiano & Son's main showroom is located in Southampton, NJ, which is in the heart of South Jersey and The Pine Barrens. We are easily accessible to most major areas, including Philadelphia and the Jersey Shore and service most areas in New Jersey. We are easily accessible from Route 70 or Route 206.
