About the Opportunity:The SOFTWARE DEVELOPER role centers on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Java-based applications and backend services. This position plays a critical part in delivering clean, efficient code that supports the software development lifecycle and enhances application performance and reliability. The developer collaborates with diverse teams to ensure quality and innovation in software products. Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications and backend services Write clean, efficient, well-documented code following best practices Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA engineers Participate in code reviews to maintain quality and share knowledge Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and reliability Contribute throughout the software development lifecycle Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends Requirements:Proven experience as a Software Developer with strong Java proficiency Familiarity with frameworks like Spring Boot and Hibernate or similar Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns Experience with relational (SQL) and/or NoSQL databases Familiarity with Git version control Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork skills Pay Range and Compensation Package:The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
