With a strong patient base and a cohesive team that values quality and compassion, this is an ideal setting for a physician seeking both impact and balance.Position Highlights General Hematology/Oncology Volume: 12-15 patients per day; 800-patient panel; up to 3 new consults daily Schedule: 4 9-hour shifts No Required Call: Professional call only (no inpatient chemo, no hospital rounds, no patient calls) Support: Infusion room with 10 chairs, 3-5 RNs daily, onsite pharmacy, lab, radiation oncology, and nurse navigation Multidisciplinary Tumor Board - meets twice monthly with CME credit Faculty Opportunity: Community-based faculty appointment (includes library access and faculty development) Culture: Collegial, well-structured workflows; efficient systems; supportive leadership team Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive Base Salary + Productivity Bonus10% sign-on bonus and up to $17K relocation reimb
