Project Manager
E-Logic is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a proposed IT Finance & Operations Support initiative for the New York City Department of Education (NYC DOE). This position is part of a competitive proposal effort and is contingent upon contract award.The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing IT and operational projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting strategic planning and governance initiatives within large organizations.Note: This is not a fully remote position. Candidates should expect occasional travel into New York City, particularly during planning, coordination, and stakeholder alignment phases.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day planning, execution, and delivery of assigned projects and initiativesDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation plansMonitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within scope and budgetIdentify, track, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalationsCoordinate activities across cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadershipPrepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive briefingsSupport capital planning initiatives, roadmap execution, and governance activitiesEnsure compliance with project management standards and organizational processesRequired QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of Project Management experience supporting IT or technology-related initiativesExperience supporting government, public sector, or education sector projects is highly preferredProficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar project management toolsStrong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skillsPMP certification preferredPreferred SkillsExperience supporting enterprise IT operational initiativesStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environmentsExperience supporting proposal-based or contract-driven engagements is a plusAdditional InformationThis position is part of a proposal submission and is contingent upon contract award and client approval.Equal Opportunity EmployerE-Logic is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
