Pay increase upon successful graduation into the Retrofit Technician role. Free professional tool set provided at program start. Free $5,000 toolbox awarded after two years of employment. Key Responsibilities Assist with vehicle repairs, modifications, and part installations. Learn diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques using advanced tools. Support programming and module configuration activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Participate in technical training sessions and safety meetings. Qualifications Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset. Must meet company background check and drug screening requirements.
