Role: Finance Manager (FP&A)Duration: 12+ MonthsLocation: Remote RoleJob Description-Objectives of the roleTo provide dedicated financial oversight and support for the NA Target Operating Model program, with a specific focus on:Tracking resource transitions (headcount and related costs and savings)Liaising with local HR and Project teams to validate related people costsEnsuring correct accounting treatment (e.g., restructured, and non-restructured)Quantifying and tracking associated Investments and Net Run Impact (New On-Going Costs + Gross Savings) Actuals against the approved business casesForecasting all aspects of the Project spend (Investments, New Run Costs, Gross Savings) with comparisons against approved business casesSubmit quarterly Comparability Adjustments, as requiredProviding clear, timely reporting to Lead FP&A and project leadership Program Tracking and Benefits RealizationWork with HR, business leaders, and the program office to:Maintain a detailed Transitions Tracker (by Wave, Solution Line, Team, cost center, cost type, etc) T- ranslate headcount transitions expenses and savings into: Opex vs. Capex, Restructuring vs. non-Restructuring Investments, Gross Savings, New On-Going RunComparison to approved business casesAlign savings tracking with original business case and latest forecastProvide monthly and quarterly summaries of: Actual vs. planned net savings (by project and initiative), Explanations for deviations (delayed hires/exits, scope changes, rate changes, etc.)Flag risks and opportunities FP&A Process Support Analysis, Reporting and ForecastPrepare Regular Analysis ForFP&AProject Steering Committee / Program Management Office (PMO) Integrate program impacts into:Monthly close and management reportingForecasts, budget, and long-range planningEnsure all program-related assumptions are documented, transparent, and aligned with wider FP&A deliverables.
