EAP Counselor

The meaningful work that we do includes counseling, providing work-life resources, wellness and more through our Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). We are hiring a full-time, onsite EAP Counselor to serve employees at a large client organization in Ashburn, Virginia. This position is ideal for a clinician who values presence over productivity metrics, professional trust over packed schedules, relationship-based work and real influence over transactional care.  What You’ll Do Serve as the primary onsite EAP Counselor, supporting employees and leadership Respond onsite to critical incidents, providing individual and group debriefings Deliver interactive trainings and wellness sessions on mental health and well-being Provide short-term individual and group support for a wide range of personal and work-related concerns Conduct assessments and develop support plans, with appropriate follow-up Connect employees with community and EAP resources for ongoing care when needed Collaborate with client leadership to support employee wellness and resilience initiatives Represent AllOne Health at health fairs and wellness-related events  What We’re Looking For:Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field Active Virginia clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) 5+ years of clinical experience Strong background in assessment, crisis response, and consultation Excellent interpersonal, communication, and professional judgment skills Preferred Experience Experience in EAP, workplace mental health, or organizational settings Comfort working independently in an onsite client environment Experience supporting diverse populations in professional settings Company Perks: We don’t want you to wait - Immediate medical (Blue Cross/Blue Shield), dental, and vision insurance is availableSelf-Care is a top priority - We offer desirable work schedules and a generous amount of Paid Time OffThinking about your future? - We have a 401(k) retirement program with a company matchOf course, we know that life happens - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) benefits are available to you and your family…and many more! Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
