Senior Product Designer (UI/UX)

OverviewWe’re looking for a senior product designer to help define the future of AI-native software interfaces in real estate.At Uniti AI, customers use our platform to configure, monitor, and operate AI agents across voice, chat, SMS, WhatsApp, and email. We also build the real-time web chat experiences where end users directly interact with these agents.You’ll work across both sides of the product:the operational platform used by teams running our AI agentsthe end-user interfaces where people interact with AI directlyThis role is heavily focused on product UX, interaction design, workflows, usability, and interface innovation.The UX patterns for AI-native and agentic software are still evolving. We’re looking for someone who can help shape what great AI interfaces look and feel like over the next several years.You should care deeply about clarity, speed, polish, usability, and designing workflows that feel intuitive despite underlying complexity.You’ll work closely with founders, engineers, customer teams, and customers themselves to rapidly prototype, test, and improve the product experience.What You’ll DoDesign core product workflows across the Uniti platformImprove UX for agent configuration, reporting, monitoring, analytics, and operational toolingDesign polished, high-quality AI interaction experiences for our web chat productsHelp define interaction patterns for AI-native and agentic softwareTurn ambiguous ideas into intuitive product experiencesConduct customer interviews and usability sessions to deeply understand workflows and friction pointsPrototype and iterate quickly in Figma and modern design toolsWork closely with engineering to ensure high-quality implementationContinuously improve product quality, consistency, and usabilityStay current with emerging interface patterns, AI tooling, and evolving user expectations around AI productsContribute to product direction and roadmap discussionsWhat We’re Looking For7+ years of experience designing digital productsStrong experience designing SaaS products or operational softwareExceptional product intuition and UX judgmentStrong visual and interaction design skillsStrong command of Figma and modern design toolingComfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environmentsAbility to simplify complex workflows into intuitive interfacesStrong communication and collaboration skillsComfortable talking directly with customers and translating feedback into product improvementsHighly curious about AI products and the future of software interfacesNice to haveExperience designing AI-native or agentic productsFrontend knowledge (HTML/CSS/React)Ability to prototype interactions beyond static mockupsExperience working closely with engineering teamsExperience using AI tools for rapid prototyping and iterationStartup experienceAdditional ContextThis role is primarily focused on product and UX design.
