Job TitleDuties & Functions:Maintain a friendly and diplomatic relationship/manner with all prospective guests who wish to enter the restaurant or bar at all timesEnsure all reservation information is properly documented including time, date, number of covers, name/room number and contact numberPrepare table allocations from reservation book before respective meal period seatingEnsure guests are graciously shown to their tables within a reasonable time of their reservationAdhere to hotel door policies and restrictions, including local and federal age guidelines aligned with liquor licensingGuarantee there is host/hostess coverage at the stand at all timesGuarantee that the phone is answered within 2 rings in a courteous and helpful mannerEnsure that seating is fair for all service staffPerform related duties and special projects as assignedPay Rate: $34.42 per hour
