Guest Services Manager
The Guest Services Manager is responsible for delivering a seamless, welcoming, and community-driven guest experience through the activation and oversight of the hotel’s public spaces. This role partners closely with hotel departments and local businesses to ensure guests feel connected, productive, and supported throughout their stay, in alignment with the Sheraton brand vision.
Key Responsibilities
Oversees and coordinates public space services to maintain a flexible and inclusive lobby environment.
Anticipates guest needs by assisting with Sheraton Studio bookings, meeting spaces, business services, food and beverage, and Wi-Fi access.
Manages Sheraton Studio spaces, ensuring proper setup, guest awareness of functionality, and satisfaction during meetings.
Develops and executes a Gatherings by Sheraton calendar in collaboration with internal teams and local partners.
Builds and maintains relationships with local community and professional service businesses to support guest and event needs.
Ensures public spaces are clean, serviced, and presentation-ready throughout the day.
Communicates effectively across departments to deliver seamless guest service.
Maintains awareness of daily hotel operations, including arrivals, departures, VIP and Elite guests, and in-house events.
Provides a warm welcome and ensures repeat, VIP, and Elite guests receive appropriate recognition and service.
Qualifications
Strong guest service and interpersonal skills
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Experience in hospitality, meetings, events, or guest-facing roles preferred
Passion for community engagement and elevated guest experiences
