Recruiting Specialist
One Tech Engineering is expanding and looking for a talented and customer-focused, Recruiting Specialist. This position is in Lake Elmo, Minnesota and will be responsible for building and maintaining a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management.This position is not eligible for sponsorship. Local candidates preferred. The candidate should have at least 1-2 years of professional experience and a bachelor's degree is preferred.Recruiting Specialist Responsibilities:Driving candidate generation strategies in partnership with the company's clientsManage, prioritize and execute on searches against a timelinePartner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing and assessment approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectationsBuild and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship managementConduct phone screens and interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferencesRecommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the companyImplementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruitingArticulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking processInterview candidates within the framework of the position specificationPossess strong ability to screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for senior-level openings.Qualifications for the Recruiting Specialist:Bachelor's Degree1-2+ years of professional experiencePrevious corporate and or search firm progressive experience including passive candidate generation and full life cycle recruiting preferred but not requiredExperience with a building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet researchBasic understanding of the power and utilities IndustryPreferred Qualifications3+ years of corporate and or search firm progressive experience including passive candidate generation and full life cycle recruitingExperience with a building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet researchCTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidatesMS Office- including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookExperience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationshipsMeets/exceeds the company's functional/technical depth and complexity for this roleCompensation & Benefits Package:Base salary plus excellent commission package with uncapped earning potentialIndustry leading Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability and Life insurance coverage offered401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with a 50% company matchPaid holidays, PTO, and flexible hoursOne Tech Engineering strives to create an excellent work life balance for our team
