This individual will work closely with cross functional teams to develop actionable plans and identify areas of improvements.District OverviewKiewit Infrastructure Engineering's Design-Build team is driving clients to turn to Kiewit during all stages of design-build projects. Through our integrated design and construction approach, our multi-disciplinary team works together to improve schedule, control costs, and minimize risk. Our construction-focused engineers work collaboratively with our estimators and builders to design solutions that are innovative, constructible, and designed with a focus on safety. Clients benefit from the proven processes and tools used by Kiewit to minimize project risk. We are an in-house resource that supports projects throughout the company. Relocation assistance is available.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, evaluate, and refine strategies to enhance districts objectivesDevelop and update company SOPsDevelop training materials, ensuring consistency in knowledge and process understandingLead the development of AI and Software products aligned with business objectivesLead and manage strategic initiatives, ensuring project meets goals and deadlinesDefine project scopes, establish timelines, and coordinate resources as neededFacilitate regular communications, reporting, and alignment between internal stakeholders and external partnersMonitor KPIs and metrics to optimize project outcomes and adjust strategies as neededMentor junior analysts and provide guidance in areas of project management, data strategies, and strategic thinkingFoster a collaborative team culture and promote best practices in stakeholder management and communicationAbility to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentManage project management tools to monitor and report on ongoing initiatives QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering, Data Science, Business or related fieldMinimum of 15 years of experience in project management, software development, and strategy is requiredHands-on experience in managing third-party software vendors and external stakeholders ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat businessUnderstanding of infrastructure architecture design, software development lifecycles, AI technology trends, and product development processes Success in guiding technical teams to deliver scalable and cost-effective solutionsStrong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilitiesUnderstanding of systems engineering fundamentals with knowledge of requirements management toolsProven ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility to balance competing priorities efficiently while maintaining focus on critical tasks requiring immediate attentionCollaborative with team members and managers to develop strategies for improving organizational performanceOrganized, detail-oriented with effective time-management skills to effectively complete ongoing projects in balance with daily responsibilitiesAbility to travel as business necessitates within the US, Canada, and Mexico CompetenciesCommunicationPlanning/OrganizationLeadershipOther Requirements: Regular, reliable attendance Work productively and meet deadlines timely Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment Perform work safely and effectively.
