What You’ll Be Doing
Lead day-to-day administrative operations while supporting a small, growing team
Act as acentral hub of informationacross systems, customer data, and personnel records
Partner closely with sales and leadership to deliver top-tier client service
Oversee HR-related processes, ensuring accurate data and proper employee compensation
Manage order processing, payments, vendor relationships, and workflow delegation
Handlepayroll and AP/ARresponsibilities
Supervise one direct report and support their development
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of office or administrative management experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, team-first mindset
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident making decisions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office + ability to learn new CRM systems
Someone who can balance beingfirm, fair, and approachable
Self-starter who can work independently and ask the right questions when needed

$55K–$60K salary(based on experience)
