Primary ResponsibilitiesFacilitateScrum ceremoniesincluding daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Coach the development team onAgile best practicesand ensure Scrum principles are followed Remove impediments andshield the teamfrom external interruptions and distractions Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain theproduct backlogand ensure it's properly prioritized Track and report onteam metricsto help improve velocity and delivery Facilitate effectivecommunicationbetween all stakeholders and the development team Identify and help resolveteam conflictsand challenges to improve team dynamics Support continuous improvement throughprocess optimizationand team development Required SkillsProven experience as aScrum Masteror similar role for at least 2 years Strong understanding ofAgile and Scrum frameworks Experience withAzure DevOpsor similar project management tools Excellentfacilitation and coachingskills Outstandingcommunication and conflict resolutionabilities Familiarity withsoftware development processesand terminology Problem-solving mindsetwith the ability to identify and remove impediments Experience working withremote/distributed teams Nice to HaveScrum certifications such asCSM, PSM, or SAFe Experience in thetravel/hospitality industry Background insoftware development or QA Knowledge of otherAgile methodologies(Kanban, Lean, XP) Experience withscaling Agilein growing organizations Understanding ofDevOps practicesand tools Fully remoteposition – work from anywhere!
