AI Principal Engineer - Hands on AI/PYthon

Serve as the primary technical lead deployed at a top hedge fund client / Wall Street Bank / Asset Management firms located in New York / Philly a plus one day a week Manage and mentor a team of AI Engineers onsite at the client’s offices Oversee AI deployment, implementation, and ongoing optimization in a high-stakes financial environment Act as the key liaison between the AI company and senior stakeholders at the hedge fund Provide hands-on technical leadership while contributing to architecture and problem-solving Navigate complex client environments with professionalism and strong communication Requirements: Deep experience in AI/ML deployment in production environments Hands on coding in Python / be a developer Proven team management experience Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Prior experience in the financial industry (hedge fund strong plus) But any front office is good. Alternatively, strong experience from a top-tier technology company will be considered Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in various locations in NYC and potentially day a week in Philly Knowledge of Agentic AI
