About Ekam: Ekam is creating a comprehensive, AI-powered wellness ecosystem that bridges the gap between raw biometric data and real-world service delivery. We harmonize asynchronous, multi-modal signal data from top-tier wearables (Oura, Apple Watch, Whoop, Samsung Watch and more) and translate those clinical health insights into seamless, hyper-personalized local wellness experiences.We have already done an alpha right here in the South Bay Area(CA), validated the initial friction points, and are ready to scale. Now, we need a technical visionary to co-lead the charge.The Role: As our Founding CTO, you will own the entire technical architecture, engineering roadmap, and data strategy from day one. You are a hands-on builder who can shift seamlessly from writing high-performance production code to architecting a scalable, secure health data infrastructure. You will work side-by-side with the founder to turn complex biometric data into an intuitive, high-retention consumer experience.What You’ll Do:Architect the Future: Design and scale a robust systems capable of handling high-velocity, real-time wearable data, machine learning pipelines, and transaction-heavy booking infrastructure, surface seamless user experience through mobile applications.Own the Product Experience: Collaborate on product strategy to build deeply engaging, social, and intuitive user flows that make proactive wellness feel effortless.Build the Engine: Ship code daily, establish engineering best practices, and define our technical stack for hyper-scale.Scale the Team: As we grow and raise capital, you will recruit, mentor, and lead an elite, world-class engineering team.Who You Are:The South Bay Local: You are based in or around the South Bay Area and want to collaborate in person.
