Facility is seeking Rheumatologist to join team- Offers an ideal blend of clinical autonomy, lifestyle balance, and academic engagement- Full-time, employed position- Outpatient only, shared building with Family Medicine- Schedule: 4.5 days/week in clinic- No nights, weekends, or inpatient consults- Patient Panel: Inheriting an established caseload from a departing physician- Established Office: Nearly 10 years in operation with consistent volume growth- Youll be the 3rd Rheumatologist in the practice- One of four total Rheumatologists in the area- Collaborative Environment: Close proximity to Family Medicine fosters interdisciplinary care- RVU-Based Model:- No cap on earnings- Quarterly bonuses tied to quality metrics- Health, dental, and vision insurance- 403(b) and 457(b) retirement plans- CME, license, and certification expenses covered
